How to set business goals for 2027 that actually stick.

A lot of New Year goals fade by February because nobody checks in. Here's a simple order to work through.

    Look back at 2026

    What worked, what didn't and what you want to stop doing.

    Write your 2027 vision

    What your business looks like by December, and what your days look like.

  3. 03

    Pick no more than three goals

    Fewer goals you hit beat a long list you forget.

    Turn each goal into monthly focuses

    Decide what has to happen this month for each goal to move.

    Say it out loud and check in

    Share your goals with people who will ask about them. That is what the monthly check-ins and the WhatsApp group are for.

It is primarily online, so you can join from anywhere. Members in Austin, Texas also get together in person.

Yes. The Goal Circle is based in Austin, Texas. Most of the group meets online, and Austin members also get together in person.

How does the accountability work?

Each month, members share what they are focusing on and report back on how the last month went. Between check-ins, the WhatsApp group is where members share wins, ask for help and get a nudge when they go quiet.

Is this an accountability group or a mastermind?

It is a goal-setting and accountability group. Members set yearly and monthly goals, work through business tactics and check in with each other. A mastermind is usually a smaller, deeper and more expensive commitment.

Can I find an accountability partner here?

Yes. You get to know other members in the monthly check-ins and the WhatsApp group, so you can pair up with someone working on similar goals.

Will this help me keep my New Year's resolutions for my business?

That is what it is built for. Instead of setting goals once in January, you break them into monthly focuses and report back to the group every month.

Do I need to already have a business?

No. You can join with an idea you want to start, a business you just launched or one that is already running.
